Project Five is an internal tool for operations: shipments, exceptions, and daily exports. The old flow lived in three tabs and a shared mailbox — this puts the critical path in one screen.
I focused on dense but scannable tables, keyboard shortcuts, and role-based views so each team sees what they need first.
